Yes, its true, YAHOO SUCKS! My story is quite different, but still shows that Yahoo doesn't live up to its basic duties. I wanted to enlarge my Yahoo mailbox. They of course wanted a credit card number, which I provided, next they wanted the 3-digit verification number on the back of the credit card. I gave it. The Yahoo system said that the 3-digit verification was wrong. I entered it again and again and still their system told me that the verification number on the back of my card was wrong. Do you know how hard it is to actually reach somebody there at Yahoo? They've put a LOT of time into making it so that you can't actually communicate with a human there. I worked on it off and on for several weeks. I got one response that told me they weren't the ones to speak to. I worked some more and finally got somebody to respond and say that they were 'working on it'. Yeah, right. That was a couple of weeks ago. Still I cannot use my bona fide credit card, that I use regularly, to pay for a larger mailbox. I can't buy other services as well. It's their loss and I've had enough of it. Dan
